Do I need to pay anything to book?
Some barbershops require a small deposit to secure your slot, which is clearly shown before you confirm. Cash-only shops can be booked with no online deposit at all. See our Cancellation & Deposit Policy for full details.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or change a booking from My Bookings up until the shop's cancellation window closes. Any deposit refund rules are set by the shop and shown on your booking confirmation.
How do I know a review is genuine?
Every review is tied to a real, completed booking - customers who never booked with a shop cannot leave one, so ratings reflect real appointments.
Can I book without creating an account?
You'll need a free account to hold your place in a shop's queue and manage your booking, but sign-up only takes a moment during checkout.
